Paul leads Copperleaf's growing global go-to-market team, product development, marketing, technology experience, and the company's global regions, which include the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).
Paul joined Copperleaf in 2018 as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing the business and team in the region. He has a proven track record as an effective business and people leader with deep client and partner relationships and industry knowledge. Prior to Copperleaf, Paul held regional and global executive positions at blue-chip multinational companies such as SAP, the Linde Group, Ingram Micro, and Goodman Fielder.
He has lived and worked in Australia, Japan, Singapore, China, and the UAE. Paul graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia and Jochi University in Tokyo, Japan with an undergraduate degree in Japanese and Chinese Studies. He has also undertaken studies at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Paul enjoys spending time sailing and swimming with his son Otto, playing golf, and is an occasional age-group triathlete.
