Wayne is Copperleaf's Global VP of Sales and Business Operations. He is responsible for overseeing and developing Copperleaf's global sales strategy, driving best practices, and guiding and enabling the sales team to expand market presence across all regions.
Wayne joined Copperleaf in 2019 as Vice President of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he played a crucial role in expanding Copperleaf's Community in the region, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving client loyalty and satisfaction.
Prior to Copperleaf, Wayne held senior leadership positions at GE, Meridium, IHS Markit, and ABB. He has over 35 years of experience in new business sales and over 20 years of leadership experience. Wayne has extensive expertise in asset intensive industries including the chemical, utility, oil and gas, rail, telecom, defense, and pharmaceutical industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Physics from the Queen Mary University of London.
