The company welcomes Linda Lupini as Global Vice President of Employee Experience, who will focus on spearheading employee growth and performance, talent acquisition, and establishing operational objectives for the development and continuous improvement of the employee experience.
Linda brings to Copperleaf a wealth of knowledge in strategic human resources (HR), change management, organizational development, leadership development, and operations. She most recently served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Services, and prior to that, Chief Human Resources Officer at the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA). In her seven years with PHSA, she had executive oversight of various portfolios including decision analytics, BC Emergency Health Services, and other corporate services. Linda has over 30 years of experience in executive HR positions within the BC tech sector, including biotech company, QLT, and international aerospace technology company, MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates (MDA).
