Copperleaf Expands Sales Team to Meet Increasing Demand in Asia Pacific and Japan
Vancouver, BC, June 18, 2019—Copperleaf® announces the expansion of its sales and business development team to address the growing demand for decision analytics solutions in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and globally. The company welcomes several accomplished business leaders who bring a wealth of experience and industry expertise to Copperleaf.

Hayato Osawa, Japan Sales
With over the 15 years of international enterprise software sales experience, Hayato will be managing sales in Japan. Throughout his career, Hayato has specialized in the semiconductor, industrial embedded software, oil and gas, and chemical sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from GLOBIS University in Tokyo.
Patrick Teh, South East Asia Sales
Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software solutions in the Asia Pacific region to Copperleaf. Having held several key positions in sales and senior management in organizations such as Accruent, NEC, and Microsoft, Patrick is well versed in new business development and market expansion. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide.
Rob Tanner, Australia and New Zealand Sales
Rob has extensive knowledge of the utility industry, having worked for Itron Inc. for the past nine years, specializing in end-to-end solutions including hardware, communication networks, and software platforms. Rob has qualifications in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide.
Pierre Avakdjian, South East Asia Technical Sales
Pierre brings over 13 years of experience in technical sales and consulting to Copperleaf. Most recently at ABB, he specialized in technical sales for the transportation, utility, power generation, nuclear, and manufacturing industries. Pierre holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Polytech Lyon.
Russell Considine, Australia and New Zealand Technical Sales
Russell brings over 12 years of experience in utilities technical sales and system implementation to Copperleaf. In his most recent position at Itron Inc., he specialized in solution sales and technology advocacy across their product and services portfolio and portfolio ecosystem. Russell holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wollongong.
Brenda Ng, Asia Pacific and Japan Operations
With over 20 years of enterprise software experience, Brenda will be responsible for leading Copperleaf’s operational efforts in Asia Pacific and Japan. She has held various positions across the region at organizations including SAP, Oracle and IBM. Brenda holds a Software Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
