Copperleaf Partners with BC Tech Association for Digital Lift Internship Program
Vancouver, BC, June 15, 2021—Copperleaf®, a global leader in decision analytics solutions, announces a partnership with the BC Tech Association to support its Digital Lift Internship program. Copperleaf, along with other technology companies across the Province of British Columbia, will sponsor and participate in the program which helps underrepresented groups gain the knowledge and skills for a career in the tech sector.
The Digital Lift program provides educational, hands-on internships for individuals, with a specific focus on Indigenous Peoples, women, rural youth, and transitioning workers. The 4-month paid internship enables candidates to gain real-world experience and helps prepare them for a professional career in the tech sector. The program is also aimed at helping tech companies secure talent by creating a highly skilled candidate pool to support future demand, building a more resilient and inclusive workforce, and connecting organizations to talent from underrepresented communities.
