Copperleaf Selected by National Grid UK Electricity Transmission for Asset Investment Planning & Portfolio Optimisation
Vancouver, BC, April 23, 2019—Copperleaf® announces the selection of the Copperleaf Decision Analytics Solution by National Grid Electricity Transmission, part of National Grid, one of the world’s largest investor-owned energy companies.
National Grid Electricity Transmission owns the high-voltage electricity transmission network in England and Wales in the UK. It will use Copperleaf for Portfolio Optimisation (PO), Asset Investment Planning (AIP) and Circuit Optimisation (CO). The solution was selected following a competitive RFP process and follows a similar selection of the Copperleaf solution by National Grid’s UK Gas Transmission business.
