Copperleaf to Support AEP’s Transmission Planning Process
Vancouver, BC, January 19, 2022—The Copperleaf® Decision Analytics Solution has been deployed at American Electric Power (AEP), one of the largest electric utility companies in the United States. The Copperleaf Asset™ product will provide data insights and automation to help AEP optimize its transmission asset investments as the company works to provide high-value, cost-effective solutions to its 5.5 million customers in 11 states.
AEP will be using the Copperleaf solution to assess the risk associated with its assets and develop intervention strategies that consider the whole lifecycle of the asset.
